The Stanford Medicine Abilities Coalition (SMAC) and the Medical Students with Disability and Chronic Illness (MSDCI) are excited to announce that registration is now open for the First Annual Stanford Symposium on Disability in Healthcare and Medicine. The event will take place via an online webinar on June 20, 2020, from 8 AM to 2:30 PM PDT.

The conference goals are:

• Explain the benefit of disabled professionals in healthcare
• Supporting students and healthcare providers with disabilities
• Training healthcare providers to better care for patients with disabilities
• Research into the intersection of providers and patients with disabilities

Preregistration is required. Spots are limited to the first 1000 registrants.
